Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Every effort is made to package artworks securely and safely for transit.

Orders are typically dispatched within the estimated timeframe stated on the product listing or communicated directly via email. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside Lauren Hawkins Artist’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lauren Hawkins Artist is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or fees applicable within their country.

Original Artwork Returns

Due to the nature of original artwork, all original artwork sales are considered final.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements chosen by the customer

  • Minor colour differences caused by screen display variations

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must:

  • Notify Lauren Hawkins Artist within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of:

    • The artwork

    • The packaging

    • Any visible damage

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

Where appropriate, a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be offered depending on the circumstances and courier outcome.

Print Returns

Prints are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Lauren Hawkins Artist within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging.

Approved issues may result in:

  • A replacement print

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Commissioned Artwork

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork:

  • All commission payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Commission sales are final

  • Refunds will not be issued due to changes of mind

Clients are responsible for providing accurate reference images and clearly communicating requests prior to work beginning.

Minor adjustments may be possible during the process, however significant revisions may incur additional charges.

Workshop Bookings

Workshop tickets are strictly non-refundable unless Lauren Hawkins Artist cancels the event.

Transfers to a future event may be possible for a £10 administration fee provided sufficient notice is given:

  • 7 days for standard workshops

  • 14 days for masterclasses

Transfers are permitted once only.

Tickets may also be gifted or privately resold to another attendee by notifying Lauren Hawkins Artist at least 48 hours before the session.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party courier services.

Lauren Hawkins Artist will always assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible, including submitting courier claims where appropriate.

However, Lauren Hawkins Artist cannot guarantee courier delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, strikes, weather disruption, or events outside reasonable control.
